When you are going to open account in CB Bank, you must have your NRC card.
For ones under 18 can open Minor/Junior Account, jointly with parents/guardians from which the parents/guardians are only allowed to withdraw money.
Only Myanmar Nationalities who are 18 years old and above can open Savings Deposit Accounts either individuals or joints.
You can contact to the bank branches where your saving A/C was originally opened. The Bank will issue a new passbook.
You can deposit freely to your account.
You can withdraw funds from your Savings Deposit Account in accordance with Central Bank’s instruction
You can withdraw money freely.
Representatives are not allowed to withdraw money for remittances money.
You can withdraw money within few minutes if you remit between CB’s branches.
If someone instructs the bank to pay for phone bill payment service, the bank gives the service to you.
Interest rate is 8% per annum and you can withdraw your interest quarterly.
